Pursuant to the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 302 of June 15, 2004 the functions related to the management over the State Company “Ukrspetsekspertiza” which is the State expert institution of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine conducting expert evaluation and other type assessments with regard to narcotic (psychotropic) medical drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors was transferred to the Committee on Narcotic Drugs Control.
The Company carries out expert, educational, consulting, analysis informational activities as well as those related to advising the community on turnover of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
